Mentor Sessions
This is an opportunity to ask a professional specific questions you have about your career and get tried and true, genuine advice.
We know everyone has preferred methods of communication they're most comfortable with, so we have three options to choose from:
1. Video call
2. Phone call
3. Instant messenger chat
Here's what to expect:
1. Check out our mentors and see who you'd like to speak with. Select the date and time that suits your schedule best. Our mentors also have 9-5 jobs, so they make themselves available after-hours too.
2. Once we receive your appointment request, we'll send over a form for you to fill out. Provide as many details as possible. Our mentors will review your form ahead of time so you spend less time on the background and more time on the meaty conversations.
3. Our mentor will reach out personally and confirm the details. You'll also receive info about what to expect and how to prepare.
4. 24 hours before your session, you'll be billed the full amount. Need to cancel? Do so before then!
5. You and your mentor will speak at the designated time through your preferred method.
6. You walk away from your session, pocket full of knowledge, ready to take on the world.
Mini Mentor Sessions
When you just have a quick question to ask, schedule a 30-minute long mini mentor session. Same process as an hour session, just less time.
Email a Mentor
Some answers can't wait for a mentor session and some don't require a full 30-minute conversation. Email a mentor of your choosing and they'll answer you within 24 hours on business days. You'll also have the opportunity to ask a follow-up question. No form or scheduling required! Easy peasy.

Practice Interviews
Refine your interview skills and get feedback from mentors who have experience conducting interviews by spending an hour doing a practice interview. We offer this in two ways:
1. Over the phone
2. Via video chat
Here's how this works:
1. We'll send you a form asking for a bunch of information about yourself and for a couple of examples of jobs you're applying to.
2. Your interviewer will reach out via email to introduce themselves and give you an idea of what will happen during the session. This way you can get started right away and make the most of your hour.
3. We'll bill you 24 hours before your interview. Need to cancel? Do so before this time!
4. When it comes time to have your "interview," you and the mentor will meet on the phone or video call. The first five minutes or so will be spent reviewing the plan and asking any precurser questions. Then for approximately 45 minutes you'll do the meat-and-potatoes interview portion. And for the last 10 minutes, the mentor will give you feedback about how it went.
And if you have a practice technical interview, expect to spend those 45 minutes answering tough questions.
4. Oh, and hey, this is cool: after the interview you'll have the opportunity to practice your post-interview thank you letter. Reach out to the mentor and ask any follow-up questions you may have, and they'll send you a response. Told you it was cool.

Resume & Coverletter Services
Here's how this works:
1. Once we receive your payment, we'll send you a form where you tell us about yourself and what you'd like your resume to reflect. It's even easier if you have a current resume to help us get started or a LinkedIn we can see. No worries if not; we'll work it all out.
2. After we receive your form, we'll start working our magic.
3. You'll then receive a draft of your resume. We'll go back and forth about what changes you'd like to see made.
4. A mentor will look over your resume to ensure it's everything it should be.
5. Once you're happy with the results, we'll send over an un-watermarked copy to share with recruiters, plus a version you can edit for any future job endeavors.

Want to have a mentor review it to get it in tip-top shape for job applications? Here's how this works:
1. You'll click the button below to submit your payment and then we'll send you an email. You'll reply to this email with your resume, an example or two of jobs you'll be applying to, and any notes you'd like the mentor to see.
2. One of our mentors will review your resume within three business days.
3. We'll send you an email with notes, suggested changes and point out the things you should hone in on during interviews.
4. We'll give you the opportunity to ask a follow-up question about the feedback via email because we know some things require clarification.
Plus! Have your cover letter reviewed at the same time. Same process, easy peasy.

Writing & Editing

Need to send out an ultra-important email or presentation?
We can help you write one from scratch or review your work.
Some communications and documents require special treatment and the utmost attention to detail. And when you need help making sure you send out is well-spoken and professional, we can write it for you or edit what you already have.
Here's how this works:
1. Fill out the form below or email us directly. Tell us what you're looking for and how we can help. The more information you provide, the better, so we can give you an accurate turn-around time and price. If you'd like us to edit something, send it over with this email (we'll ask to see it anyways so you'll save yourself a step).
2. We'll send you an invoice. Once we receive your payment, we'll get started!
3. When we finish, we will send you your edited document or fresh-off-the-press writing. Look it over. You have the opportunity to ask for more edits.
4. Once we all agree it's in tip-top shape, we'll all say "I do" via email to stay on the same page. So punny.
How do we determine the cost? It's $20 per half hour. This isn't a suprise party, so we quote you and take payment ahead of time and that's that (unless the project changes).

Resume Websites
Speaking of that online presense (see above), one way to improve yours and (justifiably) show off a bit is a resume website. This is a professional website dedicated to explaining your background, experience, and a little bit about who you are a person--all valuable and admirable information to share with potential employers and business connections.
We'll make you four-page website to promote yourself. And when we're finished we'll give you all of the tools you need to maintain the site (it's easy) so you can cut ties with us if you'd like. But you'll stick around, right?
Here's how this works:
1. Once we receive your payment, we'll ask you to fill out a form. This form will ask you for your resume; a little bit of information about you as a person, not as an employee; and a picture or two of you, totally optional.
2. We'll use that information to work our magic and create the website all about you.
3. Then we'll send you a link to that website, and complete your desired revisions until we get your two-thumbs-up.
4. We will show you how to buy a domain of your choosing (about $12) and how to connect it to your site (heads-up, it will cost about $4.50 a month). Connecting a domain name is optional, so you can cut those extra costs and use the generic URL provided: www.websitehost.com/yournamehere.
