How many drinks should you have a work happy hour? Make it easy for yourself and your reputation and stick with moderation.
You know your limits, but the best way to judge your intake is to make sure you would be able to drive home, even if you’re not. Stick to one drink every hour or so, and have a glass of water in between adult beverages.
Take this time to socialize with your coworkers, not get drunk with them…because sometimes the real entertainment ends up being the office gossip about the person who drank too much. And that, friend, will not be you.
